• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
• To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can reply START to opt back in.

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, our email provider, and our text messaging provider. They may use your information only to provide those services to us, and not for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our business, or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to do the work you hire us for, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on our site and limited access to the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing christopherbush@teamhiploch.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and as the law requires.

Children

Our site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
